NDIS Plan Management is the best of both worlds. Plan Management provides you with choice and control. You have choice over the services you purchase, who provides them, and be able to negotiate how much you pay for them. You have control over when and how those services are delivered. You are in the driver’s seat. We will manage all of your invoice payments and portal interaction freeing up your time on paperwork and taking the stress out of NDIS for you.  You are entitled to use a Plan Manager as it is completely your choice on how you would like your NDIS budgets managed. 

Our fees are fully paid on your behalf directly by the NDIS. Your Planner or LAC will include additional funding in the CB Improved Life Choices budget in your plan so it will not reduce your budget in any way. Unlike other NDIS funding, you do not have to align Plan Management with a goal, you just have to ask for it. You choose your own supports, while we protect you by managing your budget in a consistent and transparent way. We provide you access to your budget information in an easy to read, understandable format. Each month you will be provided with an emailed statement outlining all support claims, payments and budget balances so you are fully aware of the financial information regarding your NDIS plan. We can also give your Support Coordinator portal access to be able to view all budgets, invoices and the status of each invoice. We understand the importance of paying your provider in a timely and professional manner and guarentee all payments will be made within 1-3 business days of a compliant invoice being submitted. We have developed a guide for your providers that explains all the required information that must be included on each invoice. This ensures they submit all invoices correct so they get their payments fast. The provider payment guide can be accessed here or on the forms section of this website.
